Scan Bugs and the bugs you add

Bugs holds two kinds of issue. They sit in the same list so the team has one queue.

Scan Bugs

Plans. Starter, Plus, Business, and Pro.

A Scan Bug comes from an automated check. SiteScan writes the description. You cannot edit that text on the bug. You can read it, put it in order on Plus, Business, and Pro, ask for help on those plans, or mark it as a false positive when the check is wrong.

My Bugs

Plans. Plus, Business, and Pro. See Plus.

A My Bug is one you add. Use it for problems a scan cannot see: a confusing error message, a keyboard trap, a video with no captions, or a link that only makes sense if you can see the picture beside it.

On Bugs, Show Bugs lets you choose All (Scan Bugs and My Bugs together) or Mine (only the bugs your team added). On Starter, Add a bug is not available. Upgrade to Plus, Business, or Pro when you need to record those issues in SiteScan.
