People often complete tasks across multiple pages. For example, a user might need to log in, fill out a form, and then check their account. A Project is a collection of scanned pages that together form a workflow. You can add pages to a project, scan them all at once and see bugs that impact use across the project, not just the page. And of course you get a health score for the whole project.

The word next to the number is the plain-language reading:

  • Good — 90 to 100.
  • Fair — 70 to 89.
  • Needs work — 50 to 69.
  • Poor — under 50.

The project starts at 100. Each open problem on a page lowers it. A critical problem lowers it more than a minor one. The health score on Projects is the average of the pages that have a score. A page you have not scanned yet is left out of that average. It is left out on purpose: an unscanned page is neither a failure nor a perfect score.

Open a project to see the pages in it, and the bugs that affect them. You can also see the health score for each page, and the overall project health score.

Add or remove a project

To add a project, click the Add a project button on the Projects page. Give it a unique name, then add pages to it. You can add pages from the Pages page, or from the project itself. You can safely remove pages from a project or remove the project entirely without affecting the pages themselves.

Project filter

Just working on one project or want to reduce unnecessary noise from across the website? Choose a project from the filter at the top of each page to limit the display of pages, bugs, images and multimedia to your project. You can also sort by health score to see the weakest projects and pages first.
